Congrats, guys, on the new CD. I blogged the release yesterday:

Random thought: Have you considered uploading a track or two (not even necessarily new ones) to sites like TheSixtyOne.com? If you do I'd be happy to 'bump' you guys up and get more plays. Some radio stations
use the site to find new artists.

Trying to order my copy now... but can't find a way to get the 'free shipping.' Not that the new CD isn't worth $7, let alone $14, but... is there something I'm missing?

Great Job on the songs! Wishing you all the best :) Nice job on the mix for "I Know"... Ben gave me a preview at the early stages of the song and definitely a really good song. Again nice job and good luck!

FROM PARADISE TO A ROCK MECCA,
GRIM SMILEY RELEASES CD AFTER MOVE TO SEATTLE

For three-piece grunge-pop band Grim Smiley, its relocation this summer from Honolulu to Seattle was the realization of a lifelong inevitability, a permanent pilgrimage to rock’s great Mecca.

The band brings with it an exotic and unique brand of sweet ‘n’ dirty grunge-pop called “lava rock,” and has left behind all it has accomplished in the islands so that it can reach the audience that raised up some of its idols.... (read more)
